Awakening Essence
A bridge between systems in collapse and a future built on truth.
In a world where institutions are unraveling—housing, healthcare, employment, even identity itself—many are waking up to a deeper knowing: what we’ve been taught to depend on for safety and success is no longer sustainable. It never truly was.
Awakening Essence exists to offer something real in the midst of all this change:
A path back to inner authority, energetic sovereignty, and heart-led clarity.
I created this practice after 25+ years of working inside systems of care—child welfare, mental health, aging and disability services, corrections, and long-term care. I saw the cost of disconnection firsthand: exhausted providers, overlooked families, unsupported transitions, and people trying to survive in structures built on fear, control, and fragmentation.
Now, I support individuals, families, and professionals reconnect with their inner guidance, regulate emotionally, and move through life's transitions with clarity, confidence, and dignity. My work bridges the practical and the spiritual, the structural and the subtle—because both are real, and both are needed.
This isn’t a trend. It’s a truth. And it’s time.
This work isn’t idealistic. It’s essential.
I’m here to do it seriously, collaboratively, and with integrity.
If you're ready to walk that path—or co-create something meaningful—let’s connect.

For over 20 years, I worked in community spaces—often alongside people navigating stigma, disconnection, and systems that didn't acknowledge the whole person. So often, the struggles I witnessed in others were also ones I knew intimately.
Those years shaped me, stretched me, and taught me how to listen—not just to others, but to myself and something greater. What I offer now is rooted in that lived experience, in continued learning, and in the quiet knowing that we’re all remembering who we really are. I see my role as someone who walks alongside—offering presence, perspective, and space to reconnect with what’s already within.
My calling has always been quiet but persistent. As an intuitive and seer, I’ve long sensed what people needed beneath their words—the pain they carried, the strength they didn’t yet see, and the spaces where something vital was missing. In 2013, that calling led me to create Awakening Essence—a space where people could be truly seen, held, and gently guided back to their own inner wisdom.
My own path has been far from smooth. Life unraveled around me as my own spiritual awakening began to take root, asking me to return to myself in a way I never had before. That unraveling wasn’t punishment—it was initiation. It was through that process that I began to align with my soul’s truth, layer by layer.
Along the way tarot became a powerful ally. Much of what shaped my life—both the pain and the beauty—was rooted in the unknown. The unspoken. The energy beneath the surface that no one named but everyone felt. Tarot gave shape to that. It helped me understand what I had always sensed but couldn’t yet explain. It spoke to what was real, but rarely acknowledged—and that’s why I use it today: to support people gently access those deeper layers of truth and energy for themselves.
To me, healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about remembering and integrating. Remembering who we are beneath the layers and reclaiming out forgotten parts. Why we’re here. What we came to offer. I hold space for people who are navigating identity, shame, ancestral wounds, and the deep impact of systems that have disconnected us from ourselves and each other. My work is guided by universal laws, ancient wisdom, and a deep commitment to restoring harmony—especially between the sacred masculine and feminine energies within us and around us.
True transformation asks us to go within and also to question what exists outside of us. We’re being called to dismantle the illusions, false stories, challenge inherited beliefs, and trust our own inner guidance again. It’s time to normalize doing the inner work. To trust that our inner compass is wise. To remember and honor the lives we came here to live.
I’m not here to lead from above—I’m here to walk with you. To remind you that nothing is missing. That healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about coming home to the truth that’s always been there. And I’m honored to be beside you in that remembering.

We have been conditioned to forget that there is a living, breathing order guiding all things — Universal Law. These laws are not created by man, nor can they be overridden by systems rooted in fear, control, or illusion. Universal Law is the cosmic intelligence that maintains balance and harmony throughout creation — from the orbit of the planets to the unfolding of our personal journeys.
Over time, humanity has drifted from this truth, entangled in artificial constructs and man-made legalities that often serve power rather than justice. But the Earth remembers. The stars remember. And deep within our own bodies and spirits, we remember too.
Reconnecting with Universal Law is not just about justice — it’s about alignment. It reminds us that we are not separate from nature, from the planet, or from the cosmos. We are part of a divine order that honors reciprocity, truth, and sacred balance. As we return to this remembrance, we begin to live in greater integrity — with ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth.

Somewhere along the way, we began to forget. We started believing that being human was something to transcend — something flawed, limited, or impure. We split ourselves, chasing only the “spiritual” while dismissing the body, the emotions, the messiness, the humanness. But this illusion of separation has cost us dearly.

Somewhere along the way, we began to forget. We started believing that being human was something to transcend — something flawed, limited, or impure. We split ourselves, chasing only the “spiritual” while dismissing the body, the emotions, the messiness, the humanness. But this illusion of separation has cost us dearly.
Being human is not a mistake. It is sacred.
This life — this breath, this skin, this heartbeat — is not less divine than the stars. In fact, it is through the human experience that our soul learns to remember wholeness. We are not here to escape humanity. We are here to embody it fully — to integrate the spiritual and the physical, the light and the shadow, the infinite and the intimate.
Your body is a sacred vessel. Your emotions are sacred currents. Your challenges, your love, your grief, your joy — all of it is holy. This is not about becoming more spiritual. It is about realizing you already are.
To reclaim our humanity is to reclaim the sacred. It is how we begin to heal the fractures within ourselves and our world. It is how we return — to truth, to love, to the remembering that every human life holds divine intelligence, and every soul came here for a reason.

We’ve been sold a lie. That love is chaos. That it’s fireworks and fantasy, possession and pain. That it’s something we fall into, lose ourselves in, or have to earn through suffering.
But real love? Love is not chaos. Love is stability.
Love is not a performance or a transaction. It’s not fleeting emotion or empty romance. It’s not something we chase outside of ourselves.
Love is presence. Love is attunement.
It listens. It notices. It moves with care.
Love is rooted. Boundaried. Clear. It honors who we are and holds space for who we are becoming.
We’ve grown so distant from this truth — cut off from our emotions, our intuition, our inner compass — that we no longer recognize love when it comes in its true form. Many of us have mistaken attachment for love, drama for depth, and silence for peace. But love is none of that.
Love is a frequency. A force. A way of being.
It is accountability. It is choice. It is the willingness to repair what is broken and to restore what is sacred. It is what we came here to learn — not through fantasy, but through embodiment. Through remembering.
We are not here to bypass our emotions or disconnect from each other. We are here to return to love — not as a romantic ideal, but as a sovereign state of being. One where we build real relationships. One where we take responsibility for our impact. One where we finally learn what it means to love — ourselves, each other, and this life — with integrity.
